Project description

The subject of the project is to increase the intercultural competencies of teachers in the educational process of Roma pupils. The main goal of the project is the systemic support of the introduction of the teaching of the Romani language and literature at all levels of education within the school educational program of schools with pupils from Romani communities. Which represents support for intercultural education and overall support for a democratic and inclusive school environment. The project also focuses on the creation of publications focusing on the Romani language, literature, culture, and history of the Roma in the preparation and implementation of innovative educational methods and education for human rights and democratic citizenship for teachers of kindergartens, primary and secondary schools. Project activities also include the preparation and implementation of innovative education for school management, the implementation of conferences and workshops, the creation of a methodological (educational) portal providing the outputs of this project, and the printing of publications.
