Project description
The aim of the project is to increase opportunities for improving skills, talent, sport, personal development, educational level and thus eliminate poverty in the district of Snina. The project also includes increasing financial literacy, preventing the emergence of socio-pathological phenomena and adverse conditions in the field of hygiene and health. The municipality of Snina, in cooperation with the Norwegian partner, Slovak partners, and participating institutions, is cooperating within the project on a comprehensive integrated approach to a better coexistence of the majority with the minority. The project plans to provide suitable conditions for regular leisure activities through the construction / reconstruction of facilities for children's and youth's extracurricular activities, as well as the provision of new modern equipment. The project presents modern innovative solutions and best practices of cooperation between different types of institutions - regional governments, non-profit organizations, and the public sector.
